A classic Chinese military saber from the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Liuyedao 柳葉刀 features a gently curved blade resembling a willow leaf. Its balanced design makes it versatile for both cutting and thrusting, whether on foot or horseback. Favored for its elegance and efficiency, the Liuyedao became the standard-issue weapon for many soldiers and remains a staple in traditional Chinese martial arts.
